I picked up some lamb ribs, which were labelled "lamb bones", but there are 6 good-sized ribs with plenty of meat on them. Looking for suggestions on what to do with them. What's not to like? Lamb..... Ribs...mmmmmm

I would sous vide for 12-18 hours at 134°F. Finish with a spice rub and broil to get a crust.
