Since all the kool kids seem to be doing this.... I'm a startup guy in the NYC area, and one day you'll all be using a product of mine. But anyway, once I exit the software world, I plan to open up a beer+bourbon+sandwich joint with a small, rotating, awesome menu. I'm 23 years old, but I've been cooking since I was 4, and I've recently begun exploring newer techniques to help elevate my expression of amazing flavor combinations.
