Hi there! I'm Forest from South Korea. I've always been a huge fan of Alton Brown's Good Eats, then I stumbled upon this site a few years ago. I believe the first video of Chefsteps I saw was one of the spherification videos.
I've always hated how most cooking shows would blindly say, 'Do this, because it makes it tastes better.' I would just naturally think, 'But why?' Chefsteps was able to offer me the answers.
I'm currently teaching English, but in the future I wish to teach cooking and baking. I wish I could provide people with the knowledge to understand the logic behind recipes and be able to customize them at they own need. I my self am learning a lot from Chefsteps and hope to learn a ton more in the future! Thank you Chefsteps and the community for everything!
