hi chef steppers,

i´m experimenting as usual, and i had this idea of creating food that will look like a landscape image ...

the first experiment was this dessert, and i´m going to explain what it is made of, the question is just... would people like to eat something that looks like that, or is it to fare away from tasty looking common food ?

big stones: chocolate shell, filled with chocolate mouss

smal stones: chocolate tryffels

coral: coral sponge cake (blueberry+safran)

foam: lemon foam

water: syringa flavored essence

sand: pie crumbles

@MattKG don't get the question , thin coral ? Smal i would say , but not thin ... But no, I did not rebake the sponge cake !
