I was born in India, lived in Zambia and am now in Chicago. I love to eat and try out new dishes. I learned to cook following my grandma and mother's way of making a dish. I want to learn the why of Indian cooking but never could find a book to explain it. I love this group of chefs and hope they will try their hand at making some Indian dishes and explain it too.
