Buttermilk Ice Cream Salad-made from the leftover buttermilk from making kimchi butter
Raw Tomato Water and Cooked Tomato Gelee
A bunch of expensive stuff..duck, wagyu, venison...thrown onto a plate
Foie Gras Ice Cream
Kimchi Butter and other spreads. I wish someone took pictures of the Rye Bread my cousin made. It's like a 5 month old starter/leaven which is kinda cool.
The menu was designed by one of my close friends who actually thought of the idea of making a menu in the first place! She's incredibly talented and whipped that beauty up.
There are more but no one has sent me pictures of all of them yet so yeah.
