Hi everyone. I'm Leilani from Philippines but now working in Dubai.

I'm not a professional chef but I'm interested in the culinary world.

My work here is not permanent and who knows in the future I might be considering opening up and starting up my own business back home.

I'm still trying to learn new recipes, new techniques, new ideas which I can apply using the available ingredients back home.

Enrolling here is a good start and I'm thankful for finding the ChefSteps website accidentally.

Welcome Leilani, For what it's worth, while visiting Dubai fo work a few years ago, I attended a cooking class at Top Chef Studio and found the people friendly (owner was quite nice) and the chef knowledgable (and patient). For some hands on it could be complimentary. They did not cover near the array that ChefSteps does but may be worth reaching out to. I suspect you will find their teaching and Chefsteps to be very complimentary.
