I was in the mood for some cheese curds and Beecher's are the best IMHO. If you don't have time to go to Pike Place Market they have an outlet at SeaTac.

Culturing the milk and cooking the curds. I also did add some Annatto for the yellow cheddar color.
Done with cheddaring just need to finish cutting and add the salt.
