Hi my name is John William Barton and I am a development chef and cookery school teacher from Shrewsbury in Shropshire, England. I teach people how to cook, I create and develop recipes for our cookery school, I am also a private chef and cook for clients private dinners, weddings and event catering. In my spare time which isn't a lot really I am a keen cookbook collector and love cooking at home for my family. Food is my passion and I love learning new recipes and techniques.
