Help finding a recipe

Hi Gang, a while back maybe a year ago on the old forum format a Member posted a picture on the what's for Dinner thread of an AMAZING looking Sous vide Daikon, it was the entire piece and it had a dark color to it, I can't remember any other details other that it looked incredible. Can anyone recall what I'm talking about?? Thanks!
