Hi I'm Perry Giancola wine shop owner and lover of all food and wine. My good friend Robert Parker alias (The Hammered Chef) has given me my first Sous Vide Machine and I am hooked on cooking in general. Growing up in Tarpon Springs Florida a small town with a large Greek community, and my own family with my Dad coming from Italy I have always been surrounded by Mediterranean flavors. Having a wine store has given me great opportunity to travel and meet people that are like minded in the culinary kaleidoscope of this multi cultural world. I look forward to learning more from Chef Steps and Its users.
