Microgreens Hydorponic

I am in the process of growing some microgreens hydroponically.

Salad mix of seeds, Broccoli, Kale, Kohlrabi, Arugula, Red Acre Cabbage & Cauliflower.

Day three grown in darkness.

Day five, after two days of sunlight.

Today was day 10 and I made a salad and used some for plating some carbonara which I posted in the comments of @Michael_Tang_112985 's post "Carbonara".

@John_Fisher_218893 didn't even know I started my microgreen garden (soil) five days ago! Last night I finally let them have sunlight. @Michael_Tang_112985, @Robert_Conn_II_123023, @HammeredChef_DEFINITELY_does_NOT_work_at_22134, @Anon, @Brian_68668 - I've often heard of women syncing up cycles, but I think we may have discovered a syncing of foodies in a worlds first event! Carbonara...now maybe microgreens garden?! Holy smokes.

Not but I did stay at a Holiday Inn Express. ;-) I have another set of Microgreens on the go at the moment (smaller version as there are a number of plants being sewn ready for transplant). But I do have a Bolognese on the go (version 7 or so).
