Smoked goat ribs are amazing.

Oh, yeah! Unfortunately, I had to give up my smoker when I returned to apartment living in NYC. Been think that maybe one of CS's faux-smoked preps would do it. Maybe take off leg and treat it like a shank, too

You can still finish it with some smoky flavor by putting some wood chips in a pan and having the meat in a colander or something in there for 5 or so minutes.
