ChefSteps Nacho Cheese

In the comments section of the recipe there were some others that though it was a bit salty for them as well and they suggested cutting the salt by half. I tend to prefer less salt myself when I make this recipe. Different brands of cheese use varying amounts of salt so that could be some of it too. But I absolutely love the technique.

The more Chefsteps recipes you make, the more you realize that they love their salt. I cut back the salt by a couple of grams on almost all their recipes.
