Mac and Cheese Advice

I want to make the MC@H Mac and cheese for a work pot luck. I'd probably make it the night before. Any advice on reheating? Would a chafing dish work,or should I try something different?

@Brandon_Hodgins - I think the chafing dish would work just fine. I would be concerned of overcooking the pasta though. I would try this process for the pasta, http://blog.ideasinfood.com/ideas_in_food/2009/08/one-minute-pasta.html, and add it to the hot sauce a couple minutes just before serving.
