Modified Apartment ribs with smoked BBQ sauce/glaze, polenta 2-ways, sunchoke puree, roasted veg (carrots, shallots, mushrooms and sunchokes). For desert, a bit of a left-over mishmash, brownie base from kids bake sale I made (I added pop rocks) topped with home-made strawberry/vanilla ice cream and fresh strawberries, macerated/cryo-poached and roasted rhubarb.
