That looks so delicious. Given all the earth tones (and what look like heavy, earthy flavors) I think some parsley sprinkled on there would elevate the entire dish. Both aesthetically and "flavorily."

Keep practicing....you're doing amazing, I want to see you on MC. Wish I was close enough to be your taste tester. I am sure you have many volunteers, but if you don't I volunteer to make the sacrifice. I just had dinner but this and your previous one are making me hungry all over.
