Made some brownies (modified Thomas Keller) for the kids school bake sale last week and the pan didn't take so well. I didn't want to buy anything (feel lazy doing that), so I store the brownies in the freezer and made another batch using parchment (guess I need some bake pans). Took the frozen ones this morning and beat some to crumbles and made a quick batch of Chocolate brownie ice cream. I don't eat a ton of sweets and do have a fat-tooth, but when I tried a spoonful tonight I have to say....I'm glad I don't have a sweet tooth. Holy crap!
