Spit Roast Chicken with Garlic Rice

Got a small charcoal spit roaster, and tried my first roast with a 1.7kg chicken, roasted for about 2.5 hrs

As this cheap little spit roster didn't have a cover, I built a makeshift one when I started the roast with aluminum foil
