@Ricky_96133 How was the chicken skin cooked? I've done this in the oven between two baking sheets on a silpat. I like the idea of the salad, a little blue cheese and it would be a buffalo salad.

Cooked the same way, no silpat though just parchment. Yeah blue cheese would have been great
