My name is Quinten and I'm a student in Food Technology and also an avid home cook. I love to translate my knowledge of food science and passion for cooking into new and exciting recipes and dishes, just like the folks over at ChefSteps here

! So far, chefsteps has inspired me to take my cooking to a new level and I'm quite sure that they will continue to do so. Keep up the good work guys!
Besides cooking my meat and fish to the perfect doneness using sous vide gadgetry I also like to make classic French pastries using the traditional methods. Because, let's admit it, sometimes there is nothing more satisfying than to get your hands dirty.
