Cucumber salad was beautiful as always. Cucumbers, red onions, cilantro, and a small amount of serrano peppers vacuum infused with a dressing made of rice wine vinegar, Red Boat fish sauce, lime juice, honey, and palm sugar. That combination is good on almost everything.
