I was wondering where I could get my hands on some really good raw pistachios. When they are raw they have a great tender, almost buttery texture and a beautiful floral taste. where can I get these online. Also, I live in NY so any cool shop or spice shops that have truly great RAW pistachios in the area would be greatly appreciated.
