Cactus Butter

I want to make a dish that calls for cactus butter sauce, but I have no idea where to find cactus puree (aka prickly pear). Any suggestions on where to find this or a substitute I can use? We don't have many "farmers markets" or unique grocery stores in our area.

I used to live in Arizona and the raw prickly pear fruit was available there. You might check at a Mexican grocery store. If all else fails Amazon has it.
