I have decided to start a little project and make classic dishes around the world and stuff my buns with them. Today we have chicken tikka masala and paneer. Suggestions for the next dish are very welcome!

I was going to do the carnitas route and infuse the milk with toasted corn husks and cobs before making the bun to impart some of that tasty corn flavour. Pickled onions, crema, etc. of course

good idea, who doesn't like a sweet bun? maybe something like a strudel or an ice cream sandwich should work, I'll keep thinking about it and keep you posted.
