hey guys! I've been crazy about macarons lately and so I enrolled in the class. I've been consistently making smooth delicate macarons, but lately I made a chewy batch. I cooked the macarons at 150C for 20 minutes and rested them in the fridge for almost 2 days already, but they are quite chewy. What could have gone wrong? Overbaked? It is also a bit dry? too little piped ganache/filling?
