Morel butter (Coffee butter style)

Used CS's coffee butter recipe but replaced the coffee with morels. Same weight ratio. Vac sealed, cooked SV 194°F for 4hrs. Vitamixed. Chilled. Brought back to room temp. Whipped in a stand mixer. Formed into logs. Wrapped with ramp leaves. Can't wait to shower my trout

in this next weekend.
