In your whole fish recipe, i noticed you did not mention if the fish is gutted, or if you used the technique of removing the internals via gills,if the later will you show the technique through video.

If you look closely at the pictures, you can see that the belly of the fish has been cut into. This is probably how the guts were removed, however, if there is a method you prefer to remove them, through the gills or what have you, go for it. The method how they are removed probably doesn't matter as much as does the fact that they are fully removed.

Gutted or not gutted, that is the question...
Anyways, super easy to remove guts. Just make a cut from the back of the gills to the... anus ;-).. And then remove with your hand under running water and damp with paper towel. That's it !
I recommand that you buy your fish with the guts, since it helps preserving the structure of the meat. A gutted fish tend to loosen up during the transport.
