How was it? It looks great.

If it had salt too it would be Thai. They do a salt, sugar, crushed red chili they put on fresh fruit, it really enhances the flavors, chili salt (Prik glua).

It turned out great, I cooked it for 3 more hours after this picture, I plan on serving this with a spit roasted porchetta and baked beans dish I'm doing in June.
