Wanted to try my new Darto pans to see if the seasoning was good. It was great nothing stuck. Basic omelet, filled with a morel mushroom garlic chive scapes duxell with buratta cheese (the buratta made it a bit wetter than I like, should of known better but it was still very good). Topped with a roasted pepper and gochujang sour cream.
