Was curious if anyone has ever tried this in their ISI canister? If so how'd it turn out and what was your method?

 I did a little searching and found this link.... http://www.ehow.com/how_8304273_make-foam-butter.html the idea intrigues me.... I think I will make a coffee butter foam for filets..let us know how yours turns out..
