I have a cheese sauce on my new station. It is for our burger, its a basic fondue with queso de mano, american cheese, cream, fat tire beer, and xanthan, We sous vide it
@75c and hold it hot in a piping bag. What would you use to hold a plastic piping bag hot? My new station is AM grill, so I have a grill, some burners, and a heat lamp as sources of heat near me.
