I always forget how good fried green tomatoes are(until I snap to and make them)! I did these with sautéed shrimp and remoulade topped with crispy bacon.

Nice, as an FYI, if you deseed and pull out the juice and puree with slow roasted green tomatoes, you can combine it with agar (or similar) and have wonderful cubes of roasted fried green tomato puree. Just in case you have extras lying around. :-)
