Is that avocado technique hard? I want to do that for a crab salad, and I never get around to it.

(I feel like this is a glitch in the Matrix, like I've asked this of someone here before...)

If I recall, you asked last time when I did it with Pork Carnitas. No, not difficult at all really. Biggest lesson I learned was to slice the avocado in quarters and put them in the freezer for a few minutes before slicing them with the mandoline.
