Cooked for about 1 hr 15 mins fairly close to the charcoals, came out great. The small cheap rotisserie I had doesn't have a lid so made a cover with aluminium foil, which seemed to be very effective. Thought it may have been overcooked as internal temp read 80c when I took it off, but it was still very juicy and tender.

Served with french fries, caesar salad, and spiral pasta in a alfredo style sauce.
For drinks mixed 500ml fresh apple juice + 500ml fresh pine apple juice and infused with 2 carbon dioxider chargers in isi whip.
