Made the CS BBQ short ribs but with a Korean style glaze.
And I made some of them into a sandwich... kind of a mashup of southern barbecue, Korean barbecue, and a banh mi: smoked short ribs with a Korean glaze, kewpie-style black garlic aioli, collard green kimchi, carrots, scallions, and pickled cilantro stems.
