Totally not dinner, but dessert: Variation from the strawberry/angostura sorbet (Used limoncello instead, also added a tiny bit of xanthan and guar gum for stability – I'm currently testing out different ingredients and their impact on creaminess).
Served on crystallized chocolate. Sided with a chocolate fudgy cake (just three ingredients: Chocolate, soy cream (the whole thing is vegan) and oat flour). And a dusting of ground candied orange peel.
The strawberry drops on the left is a strawberry fluid gel.
