Looking to make some pine sugar - anyone out there with a method they like?

I've never come across something like this, however, you might think about using essential oils added directly to the sugar, and then run it through a food processor. Another thing you could try is boiling needles, and reducing down, eventually drying out, the fluid from these needles. Then take the resulting solids, adding them to the sugar, and running that through a food processor. Let us know what you end up doing. Good luck!

Fresh rosemary in a food processor with sugar makes a pine scented & flavored sugar.
