Nothing more Satisfying than a Cheese hit..evening,morning...or midnight!
I take two slices of a sliced bread loaf....Preheat the oven to MAX...
Make a thick roux add some strong cheddar and emmental and some dijon mustard,leave it two cool meanwhile on one slice of the bread spread english mustard on the other slice speed dijon mustard put a good slice of wafer thin ham between the two slices of bread with a little grated emmental cheese (mustard inside both slices) press slices together top with a generous portion of the cheesy roux add more grated cheddar and emmental to the roux topping,place in the oven on full whack for 5 mins,then under a grill for 3 to 5 mins until the surface gets all bubbly and browned (the burnt bits are the best) leave to cool for 5 minutes before
