Another beautiful dish. The only thing keeping it from being perfect (in my opinion) is many of the garnishes are faced-down. This is super-knit-picking though, that's much nicer plating than I usually do.

Thanks! I agree with you, but unfortunately if you're doing 6-course tasting menu for eight people all alone, you really have to limit your time for plating otherwise venison could get cold, and that is the last thing you want. If i had a time to plate this dish special for photoshooting, of course it would be prettier. Thanks for your opinion!
