Had to cook for my brother's birthday bbq over the weekend, so I finally had a chance to handle a big piece of meat! Chose a leg of lamb and it turned out to be a crowd pleaser! Precooked it according to the chefsteps recipe (20h/56degrees), then cut slices which I grilled really shortly on both sides on the bbq! Soooo tender and delicious, you guys are amazing!
Also took your recipes for coleslaw and potato salad, but I replaced the mayo in the former with creme fraiche, just a preference

Third and final salad was a couscous salad with lamb stock, parsley and tomatoes to go with the leg of lamb. Also made an egg white & ras el hanout mayonaise to go with it.
Dessert was strawberry breton pie and brownies, didn't get any nice pics of that because it vanished too fast :P
Love doing these big projects, but a huge thanks goes out to the team at chefsteps for recipes and inspiration!

Feasted on the leftovers today - also gave me some more time to snap a pic - couscous salad, lamb rump and sauted carrots with paprika
