Hey all - didnt realize this forum was still alive and kicking. Sadly one of my 2 joules is getting ready to give up the ghost. It had a good innings, but recently it's failing on a bunch of cooks and I cant risk a fail on a rib roast. Anyone had any joy with a 'loyalty' discount off a new unit since I figure any warranties on my units are way past honorable - had them many many years. IF you dont ask you dont get ;) Hope these failing Joules aren't anything to do with the switch os Operating system/New App base.
