On level one.....I love this dish. To dig to level 2, I would recommend some complimentary contrast in color and texture.....i.e. side salad or other greens ( some tomato wouldn't hurt any). You have two great flavors and textures here....but to highlight them, a little a garnish of greens would bring this to the next level. Having said that.....well done!

Thanks Robert. I actually do this kind of preparation on purpose. I reduce things to the maximum and let others do the jungle set up. For me I love one dimensional dishes. Dishes which can get prepared with two hands and served still warm. My rule is: no more serving time on plates then 30 seconds. But I fully respect and love to see other style dishes. Me I go extreme in prework time for cooking and serve dishes ultra simple.

lol, I critiqued it but Im right there with you man. I love the way fancy plating looks but never have time to do it. I also do simple plating. Regardless....I would eat the hell out of that dish.
