ChefSteps likes Kewpie...

...And that's okay for a change of pace.
But when it comes to packaged mayo, there can be only one!

But seriously folks, I'm from the south and have been living in Yankee territory for a decade plus... but I'm about to move back and am looking forward to not having to order Duke's from Amazon.

I have not yet found it locally in the Pacific Northwest unless you count Amazon as... Wait. I can get it in an hour.
(I kid. I can't do that, but most of my friends can. Jerks.)

I, fairly recently, tried Duke's — NOT impressed!
Duke's sucks! Hellmann's/Best Foods sucks!!!
Go BIG! Go homemade!!!!

Rabble rabble! Mayo holy war!!!!
That being said, homemade is really the best. I did say 'packaged' mayo.

The war is on and "The Sons of Culinarity" will send Mr. Mayhem to all those who do not support Dukes as the best...

Oh no, this sounds like a certain television series have collided, lol. I gues I need to at least give it a try, but I still like homemade the best.

For store-bought I pretty much only use Kewpie. I had a brief rant-post last year about grocery stores having an 'Asian Foods' section but not stocking Kewpie. That's like a candy aisle without any chocolate bars, imo.

I can drive to the factory in about 15 minutes. It's the cheapest mayo in town and I love it.
