Had the father in-law over for dinner. Not my type of meal (if I had my choice) but good nonetheless. 48hr ribs, done in a smokerless manner, brined, cooked SV 48 hrs and finished on the grill using a home-made smoked bbq sauce (sorta modified CS glaze-with liquid smoke), red slaw with raisins, chives etc, baked beans, and rich as F-colorful metaphor corn biscuits. @Michael Tang keeping the icing in a pouring vessel in warm water worked well!! Making this MUCH easier-just go from bag to measuring cup....or whatever and keep above 68C and whisk just before pouring), chocolate, peach/rosemary and banana/hazelnut praline sauces with nitro-poached marshmallows, chocolate mousse and sprinkled with crystalized chocolate dirt.
