Started with onions, carrots, celery, bay leaves & thyme
Added beef, beef stock, and later added potatoess, cheddar cheese, and thickened with corn starch
Made in small muffin tins using 100mm ring to cut the pastry bottom, and an egg ring to cut the pie top
