potato burger buns

hi!
i'm searching for a good Soft potato burger bun, i tried alot of recipe finishing with a non soft bun -_- if anyone have good idea for that potato bun please share

I've made the cooks illustrated ones numerous times and love them. Mind you I live in Canada and have never had a Martin's in my life. I can say that these are soft, but hold up to a juicy burger and don't deteriorate like most softer buns do. I have no pics of just the buns, I make a bunch and freezer them - this is a thawed one.

really soft and nice texture! i remplace water by potato water and brush it only at the end with melted butter maybe next time ill add 25g flour more thx again!

I do a 2oz ball smashed flat directly onto a ripping hot cast iron griddle, don't touch for a minute, flip/scrape with a really stiff spatula and top with cheese. It's pretty much like eating a piece of meat crust. It's terrific!
