To be honest I had like 4 or 5 sessions of baguette baking until I pulled some out which looked like this.

. Unfortunatly its in german. But maybe google translate will help. If not let me know. However I made a short video on how to shape the baguette.

I have been making Tartine style bread for a few weeks now (but I have baked bread for years) and truly enjoy baking.
