Hello folks,

I have been travelling a lot lately (Montréal, Japan, and now in Belgium) and had the occasion to cook and eat in some amazing places, so I'll post a couple of things. Here is the first one: a simple diner for a colleague in Montreal using the basic kitchen I had in my flat:

Snow Crab Salad, scallop and eringi mushroom, foie gras and mango shutney, deer and season habitat (firn, morrels, maitake, roots).

Hittin a few of my favorite cities/countries! Love Japan (haven't been there in ~10 years :-(..), am usually in Montreal once per year and have only been in Belgium a couple of times but really enjoyed it. Castles and beer tour with a private driver was efficient with limited time. Quick cooking class in brussels. Am enjoying what you are sharing! Thanks Francois!
