Hello folks,
I have been travelling a lot lately (Montréal, Japan, and now in Belgium) and had the occasion to cook and eat in some amazing places, so I'll post a couple of things. Here is the first one: a simple diner for a colleague in Montreal using the basic kitchen I had in my flat:
Snow Crab Salad, scallop and eringi mushroom, foie gras and mango shutney, deer and season habitat (firn, morrels, maitake, roots).
