Took apart a chicken, brined it, then started the legs 2 hours in, dropped the temp for the breasts and off I went to the gym after about an hour, I wanted to drop the temp,.....so I did....from the gym. Pretty cool (so to speak). May be down the road the app will allow us to program in this drop automatically. Chilled when I got back and then pre-cooked/blanched some cauliflower and onions sv and then grilled them with some mushrooms while the chicken went back in to warm up. Threw the chicken on the grill and served it all together with some quinoa and a hollowed side of a tomato infused (vacuumed) with some buffalo whey, small scoop of buffalo mozzarella puree, basil oil and balsamic caviar.
